I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 cellphone contract from MTN Direct (online) about 4 months ago. Recently the phone has started to give me stability issues, where it would switch off by itself with the battery still showing half full. I took out the battery to find it has been swollen.

I then took the phone to the local MTN shop to have it booked for a Warranty Assessment, where they told me that my phone is not on their system, and that i need to speak to MTN direct on 0831233667. I phoned the number and spoke to a consultant who told me I need to speak to the person who sold me the phone, he then took my number and said he will ask the salesperson to contact me, I'm still waiting.

I tried to phone 0831233667 again this morning but I couldn't get through. I then phoned 0831808, where another consultant gave me a number to book my phone 0860661212, and when I dial this number it doesn't exist. So I'm sitting with a broken phone and nobody to assist.
