I submitted a claim on the system on the 8th of May 2013, then on the same day i was asked to send through photos, which i did, i called miway on the 13th spoke to a lady (Kurayi Pswarayi) who informed me that the person handling my claim is Reinard Kruger, she gave me his direct land line, which i called many times, with no answer. I sent Reinard many emails, but he has not responded even now. I called miway again on the 20th and that was when i was asked details about my accident and i was told it will take about 8 days for everything to be sorted. After 8 days i called then i was told that the assessment on the damage came and it was R3600.32, and i was advised not to claim but to pay it off myself as my access was R3000, i explained again that the third party responsible was a miway client and that i want to carry on with my claim. Then i was allocated another person (Isaac Ramarumo). He told me that he has to confirm the accident details with the third party, i gave him all the details i had, he finally got hold of her today. Withing 3 hours i received a call form another lady saying she has been allocated my claim, then she started asking me the same questions that i answered
