Poor service and no feedback

My car was bumped by AYVAZYAN & MRS JOHNSON on 21/10/2013 while i was driving home from Eastgate Mall, it was rainning and she advised that she couldnt see clearly. I took their details and we went to the police station to open a case, they advised that their insurance is CIB. The next day they gave me their broker's contact details whom i called and she advised that they had logged a claim with CIB and will have the claim number in 3days which i had to call them to obtain it. I called CIC and spoke to Adele Boshof who sent me an initiation letter that i completed on everything they requested on it ob 4/11/2013 ans sent it back. I didnt get a confirmation from them until i called to confirm and was advised that Annelien Van zyl was the one working on it. I was only told to to take the car for assessment on 13/11/2013 to some panel beaters on which after that no update until i called on 18/11/2013 and she advised that she hasn't openned my email which l had sent on 13/11/2013 for confirmation. After that i am always told that it has been sent to management till today, really its now 6weeks since the incident. She promises to call me and advise of an update till today
