NO Service, NO car, NO feedback

I was in a accident the 28th of July - reported this to my insurance the next day - spoke with Nina Zembe. The vehicle was towed to the Stikland assessment centre (SMD) on Tuesday 30/07 and I was told by my insurance that feedback will be provided by the assessor within 2 days. To date nobody called me back to provide any feedback - not the insurance nor the assessors. Spoke with Darren at telesure on Friday 2/08; he informed me the car was written off. He also gave me figures: R31 000 for pay out (value of the car). I said I wanted to buy back the vehicle to which he responded that its a 35% deduction from the R31000 thus I would get the damaged car and the R20, 150 to fix it. Darren said if I emailed the registration document immediately the claim could be finalised Monday & I could get the car back from SMD for the latest on Tuesday. I emailed the registration document a few minutes later. I phoned Monday& Tuesday & was informed the claim was (claim number 250067807/2) not finalised: they needed to listen to the original recording of the call I received when I took out the insurance. On 8/08 I spoke with Nina again - still no feedback! I need my car back so I can have it fixed:(
