My Icover Debit Order did not go through

I took a Sanlam Icover Funeral Plan online. My first Premium was suppose to go off on the 26th of August 2013, which never happened. I sent an E-mail to [Email Removed] on 02/09/2013 enquiring about the Debit Order. I never received any response and I don't know what is going on.
