Outsurance is by far the slowest Insurance company.
I was involved in an accident 1 month ago by a client of Outsurance and they have been very slow in doing everything. Firstly, i had a guy Temba nominated to handle my case, the first week i could not get a hold of him as he wasnt in the office or something like that, and no other person could help me. That alone is a waste of one week. Then i take my car for assessment and according to Outsurance i can only contact them again on the 17th of September because they say that the assessment got back to them late. When i was there at the assessment centre, they told me everything will be sent to Outsurance the same day. That was a lie, well dont know who is lying at this stage. Everything is done now, but i have to wait until the 17th for them to process. That does not make any sense, when they have all the info now and my car is looking bad and the longer i will be driving like that the faster it is going to break. I have to phone them all the time and heard nothing from Outsurance. their clients vehicle has already gone for repairs, and it was their fault in smashing into my vehicle.
