I recently decided to move my car insurance to Miway (April/May 2013) as they offered me a low premium and NO excess. 3 months later I receive an email from them stating that my contract has changed from NO excess to an excess of R3300!! And this is applicable 30 days from receipt of the letter (received on 6 September 2013). This is unacceptable!! Is this how MIWAY gets customers??
