Shocking, shocking, shocking service

Tried to register my business for online banking but couldn't because of a technical fault "cellphone number invalid for OTP*. Submitted a query online but no one bothered to get back to me. Went into FNB Gardens to try get it sorted: the teller rang up the online division and we tried several times, but still the same error message appeared. Big bug in FNB's system! Online banking promised to call me within in 24 hours and resolve the problem - they never did. This morning I called the online banking number and, after telling the agent my story, I was put on hold. After 15 minutes of waiting I put the phone down. I have business accounts with the big 4 banks in SA - FNB is by far the worst in terms of service. I emailed my business banker regarding the above, he never replied to my email. Can't believe this.
