Hi there
I am trying to register online for business banking. I receive an sms saying that I have successfully registered for online banking, after trying to login with my new details, I get messages that the info is incorrect and my account will be blocked on the 3rd attempy.

After 3 unsuccesful times, I decide to call the call centre, after holidng on for more than 15mins, my call gets cut off. I call back again and was advised that FNB is experiencing issues with registering new business users online and that this has been going on for more than 2 weeks now. No where does a message comes up to warm customers about this and no one knows when this will be solved! What is going on FNB???

This is unacceptable. We are paying a lot of money on monthly charges and for what?? I can't even access payrol or register for it. And why should I call a 0870 number, it is the most expensive telephone number to call.

I want to know when online banking registrations for Business willo be resolved??
