Online banking registration not working

I registered online with FNB online banking for paypal use on 14 August 2013- do not have an FNB account. When I registered, got an sms congratulating me on registering successfully. Went into the FNB branch on 15 August 2013 and did the FICA registration. When I logged on, I got the message the websit is unavailable. I contacted the online banking call centre. They informed me the website is available - so it must be me who did not register sucessfully. We did another registration and it went through, got an sms again and print out the welcome message for registration details and all. The same happened again when I log in - website unavailable. After 2 hours on the phonw they indicated there is a technical problem with online registration for paypayl without bank account. I asked how long will it take to fix, they did not know.
So I went to a branch to open a bank account to register online with a bank account. A very nice consultant, Hilton from civic centre branch in Bellville assisted. After 1, 5 hours of struggle, he could not register me online - as the system says I already exist. After all the struggle it is 20 August, I am still not registered and waiting.
