In my history with buying cars and arranging insurance this is the 1st time that I've heard that the 1st debit order needs to go off within 48hrs from receiving the car. Normally the first debit order goes of at the end off the month with the pro rata added. Even tried to make an arrangement for the debit order and pro rata to be paid at the end of the month without any success. All I can say is think twice before making use of Andersons insurance. I believe they're a bunch of artists that want's your monthly premium but when it comes to making a claim they've got excuses for everything.
