On the 25th of Aug I went to withdraw money at a local ATM, which jammed, & retained the card. Whilst at the ATM money was withdrawn from my acc. I opened a case of on the same day and reported the case to the bank's Dept. Only got the call on Friday the 30th of August from Rashaad R, who asked me to fill some forms and to attach an affidavit with a brief description of what happened, which I did on the same day. I was advised I would get a response within 10 working days. Called 2 times in Sept already and I was advised the case will be escalated to the Supervisor as this has been pending for a long time already. Then on the 2nd of October I called again, I was told there was no record of the affidavit, so I forwarded the same mail and eventually got a case number by sms on the 4th of October, 672291. I got a call from Brenda on the 10th of Oct and she advised me that the claim was declined as the card was. Clearly she did not read the affidavit as she was shocked when I mentioned further info from the doc but the case could not be finalized because there was no affidavit, which was not used to conclude the case. Need someone who can read as i feel betrayed
