I am very disappointed at the extremely poor service I am receiving from you.
After emails to you and confirmation letters from your side that my account will be sorted out.
You disappoint yet again, I tried to make a purchase today 25th Aug 2013 at the Game in the Mall @ reds, and the same story yet again.
Calling for auth etc and wanting to confirm details yet again.
But this time you guys really got to me, after having to go to the customer service desk to call RCS yet again, upon my return to the cashier, i found that my items intended for my purchase had been returned to the shelf.
Now I know that RCS and Game is not interested in my patronage.
I would like to inform you that i will no longer make ANY purchases on my card or at any RCS store, whether in cash or otherwise, and be rest assured i will diligently inform my friends about this and discourage them from purchasing at Game or any RCS store for that matter.
Once all my credit has been paid back i will cancel my account with you.
Don't bother to reply to this writing as your letters aren't worth anything, all correspondence came to nothing.
