At the end of 2011 I bought a new vehicle and sold the previous one. The vehicle I sold was a 2.0 vvti toyota ldv. When I sold it I called up the salesman who sold me the vehicle and asked him to cancel the insurance.
In 2012 July I noticed that the insurance on that already sold vehicle was still being debited from my account. I called Anderson up and asked them to cancel my insurance on that vehicle. The operator said no problem and she would do it, and that i just needed to fax a letter stating that i wanted to cancel the insurance to them. I did fax the letter.
A couple months later i saw that they were still debiting my account i called them again. They said they would cancel it.
December 2012 i recieved a notice stating that my premium would be increased.
I called again, and same story.
June 2013 i called again and demanded to be refunded from August 2012, because eversince my first cancelation call each month my account was debited. I was told that they never recieved the faxed letter, but that they still had the recorded calls. They are still refusing to repay me.
