Poor SERVICE and they wonder why!

Hi,

I had someone drive into me on the 6 AUGUST (month ago) ans i have been to have my car assessed as well has got 3 quotes and sent in all document needed.

I have called in 4 times to get passed to person to perso, With promises Shaun will contact me back. STILL no response.

so frustrating!

Please get someone to call me as im currently letting friends know about the poor service.

Hope to hear and have a response from someone with a matter of urgency, as we are looking at selling the car so need it fixed!
