Dial Direct seems to be dodging claims!!!

My previous complaint on the 16th of July about the bad service i'm receiving from Dial direct actually got a response saying they will contact me ASAP to sort out my claim. And now more than a week later still no response!! Its now been like almost 6 month since my bumper got damages by a truck and still nothing has been done. I'm tired of phoning them to hear whats going on I NEED my car fixed now!!! I will tell all my friends and colleagues about this poor service and urge them not to join Dial direct until they can sort out this issued surrounding claim processing. I got amazing service from DIAL DIRECT in December with the hail damage my car had with those hectic storms around Gauteng end of last year.

But this really is not just unacceptable and unprofessional. I will cancel my insurance with them if this matter isn't resolved before end of this month. Why should I pay close to a R1000 per month for no service??
