ABSA Extremely slow on response to email urgent

I got a email from ABSA that my cross border instruction will not be valid after 19 Aug.
I filled the forms. Then it was wrong and it go on like this till now they not respond to my emails and my money is already paid from my company to my bank account in South Africa Absa.
They took so long to tell me my SSI is not fit.
This is my income my farther and mother is old I give them monthly some money to live from. So al is on hold now due to the fact that ABSA cannot process my SSI.
I did not change anything I am still with the same employer the last two years. I trusted the bank but the bank let me down now. I am offshore Indonesia and there is very little I can do and the bank ignore my complaints they do not even answer an email.
I really feel helpless because my family might need food or something and I can do nothing.
So if someone can help me to sort this.
I do not earn small money I cannot understand what happen with ABSA I earn 1.5 Million Rand a year and this is the treatment I got from a trusted bank ABSA.
