3rd Party Claim - Policy Number 828405227-1
I have had shocking service from Dial Direct. I am making a 3rd party claim because one of their customers drove into the back of my vehicle. It's been 4 weeks now and I have received no feedback. My car was assessed almost 2 weeks ago and still no feedback (15 May 2013). I called on the 22 May and was told that the owner's policy assessment had not been completed and that I should hear from them in the next 2 days. 1 week later I called again and was told almost the same story. Then I mailed the Dial direct on the 5 June for feedback and still nothing.
Considering that the damage was not due to my driving error, I feel like I have had two accidents one on the road and the other dealing with such a poor service. I will never be a client of the company and recommend no one else consider the company. I will now be calling the policy owner which is a lovely lady to explain my poor service and I also will be getting legal advice on the matter.
