Finally after four months of struggling about dial direct and tri-dent panebeaters in middleburg to repair my car, and also after i have cancelled my policy, finally i will be collecting my car. i want to thanks the effort the assessor manager Mr Shaun Coetze, he done the good work and i want to thank him for being patient with me, i use to call him every day on his personal cellphone to take out my frustration on him. this the guy who is different from the poor services that i received. on the last comment i posted here, response was manager of dial direct will contact me but they have never contacted me. but i glad to say this guy Shaun will make a promise to contact you and he will contact you.
it is unfortunately i had to cancel this policy, because this insurance took four months to repair my car whereby i was left stranded without any courtesy and i had to spend a lot out of my pocket to rent a car while i was paying installment and policy.
again i want to compliment the service i receive from Shaun Coetze, i wish dial direct could be reliable like him.
