On the 25th February i took my car to Auto Magic Boksburg to be assessed for my insurance and Jacques assessed my vehicle and took the photo's of the damage and the car and licence disc and said he would submit it. i phoned my insurance and they said it takes about three days. i phoned dial direct and they said it was still not uploaded and that was about a week after i had it at auto magic and then i eventually phoned again on the 27 march as i had not heard that i could take my car to be fixed when i contact dial direct they said they had still not received the photo's and the quote. i phoned auto magic and spoke to Jaques and he said he has no record of me having my car assessed their and he would contact his head office and took my details and as at today 2 April i still have had no response.
