Poor service and day light

I was referred to them by a house agent since I had judgements on my name, so they promise to help me rove them and charged me R5300, I paid the 3500 and said I will give them the balance when they came back from court, they never went to court, they gave me affidavit to fill I did and email it to them, on the 18 July they said I should post it of which I did and I never had anything from them until I called them August 6, Theo said they are still waiting for the creditors affidavit, but to my surprise when I call again few days later I was told my file was closed, 26 July but Theo never told me that and they already have my 3500, and NOW I'm gonna loose the house because of them, for the past Weeks I've been calling many times a day when the complains department is worse, they had drop phone on me a couple of times, scorpion can also provide what they can, I pay them monthly but I chose them because they promised results in a flash
