In July I spoke to FNB regarding a settlement. A gentleman call me called Sydlow. We made an agreement over the phone to pay R1586 settlement and which he sent me an email for as well. I told him I can anly pay this off over 3 months. He sent me the letter which stated I need to pay end of Agust which was only 1 month. I then made payment of R500 in July, R500 and August and the September I called Groenewald Lubbe and they told me the account is Still outstanding with R37000 (LOL). I then told them to follow up as I would liek to settle and nobody got back to me and I did not make a payment for that month. The next month they called me asking where my payment (LOL). I then told them I am waiting for a reply from them. Neverless they then dedcuted a amount of R466 and I receive email conformation from them for the payment. I called now again and spoke to a RUDE/BULLISH Theo at Groenewald and told me that my account os R37000 what a dam joke. Of the R1586 I have paid R1466. I need to settle this so that I dont have to deal with THEO and Groenewald LUbbe any longer... I cant pay another R37000 and I have paid R21000 alrady for an account I should have paid R13000. I am stunned
