Non Deposit refund

In August 2011 I rented a flat at 52 Parkwood Fairway Gardens The Orchards from Thirdday property. I payed a deposit of R3600 and a rent of the same amount. It was agreed on the contract that the deposit will be refunded to me when I move out. In February 2013 I gave Theo a notice that I will be moving out by the end of March and he acknowledged it. I moved out as promised and he send his employee to come and inspect the flat, nothing was found to be damaged or broken and the flat was as clean as the way I received it. He then said the refund as agreed on will be deposited in my account within 7 working days.

2 weeks later I called the office to enquire about my refund and the consulted was very rude and said he is not Theo and refused to give me Theo's contact numbers. I found Theo's contact numbers but when I called he does not answer, I left messages and he nevre came back to me. I went to the office several times but the office is either closed or when I find a person they refused to help me.
