Bad Service!!

I am currently buying a home and I found out when I was in the process of applying that I have a judgement on my name. An agent from Lucid Credit called me and offered to help, I was informed that this will take 4 weeks to rectify. It's been 2 months and my name has not been cleared, I demanded an update on my case as I had already lost the purchase on the house I initially wanted because of the delay. I finally got an email saying that I have a court date for later this month. I am not willing to lose this house I found now so the bank was willing to be lenient since the court date is set but I need a letter with a letter head from Lucid confirming that. That's all! They are refusing me this and I have paid for their services but all they wanted was my money. I am fed up with them, I call them everyday to request this at my own cost I have even asked the name of the attorney representing me. They are completely useless and I regret ever doing business with them. I am the verge of losing my dream home and I really need your help.
