No response to my complaint

I informed Truworths that i had lost my job and was not able to pay my account. I was adviced by Truworths to phone Fin Insurence. I phoned Fin Insurence a few times and phone is just ringing, no answer to my call. Please help me contact Fin Insurence, i have been paying my insurence for long now. I need their help.
