Bad service and non fufilment of promises

I engaged with Lucid Living in October 2012 to have my name cleared. I paid alot of money upfront to them for their service which they said included the following: 1, they would get settlements for all my accounts. 2. once ive made the payments they will then clear my name and ensure that the credit bureaus are updated. That was all a lie!!!
I was the one who had to phone the creditors (AT MY EXPENSE) to get the settlements. I then made the payments and sent them to lucid. after two weeks they still didnt do anythingl. I then had to send the payment letters my self to creditors and credit bureaus!! There was a judgement also on my name which they couldnt even follow up. I had to obtain the court/file number and phone myself to get the court order and send it to them. once i sent it to them they sent me an email to say all is cleared with the credit bureaus. Today i went to apply for a nedbank loan and was declined - all because they did not do what they promised. They phoned me everyday until i paid them their fee and joined them!! AFTER THAT THEIR SERVICE WAS PATHETIC. I WOULD LIKE TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR BAD SERVICE AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND!!!
