I was the victim of from the easypay website about a month and a half ago. After a long hassle, Standard Bank repaid the amount and replaced my card. On Saturday, the same thing happened with the new card, but I received no communication per sms from Standard Bank that a transaction was processed with my card. Today, I was informed that my account is overdrawn (which it can't be).
I have been holding the line to the department for about ten minutes now, and will probably have to wait another three weeks to get the money back and probably will have to pay interest on the overdrawn amount.
As a student I cannot afford these kinds of problems, and Standard Bank now WILL be losing a future professional as customer.
