Utterly disgusted by the level of service provided by Dial direct. An emergency call was logged on 06 Sep @ 17:29 regarding a blocked main drain. I received an SMS @ 17:31 confirming the call plus a reference number. When no further communication has been received by any one, I again called @ 18:31 and explained to Albert, a different agent, the emergency regarding my situation and enquired from him why it's taking so long for them to find a service provider or provide me with updated information in relation to my call. He insisted that he will escalate the matter, and someone will come back to me. It is now 07 Sep, 06:45am, more than 13 hours since I've logged my emergency and still have heard nothing from no one. This is extremely baffling and unprofessional; they could have at least updated or called to acknowledge that I still exist. Also, very pertinent why it classified as an emergency, because my family still cannot use the toilet facility. A guarantee from me is that I will cancel my 8 year policy with Dial direct as there to many other brilliant service providers out there to accept this tremendously poor service. They are a waste of time.
