Dial Direct Insurance
No reply on the emergency line

I tried to contact Dial Direct Emergency Line as I was having a problem with my stove the tel no provided.
Emergency: 0860 91 19 11 which is supposed to be a 24 hour emergency line.
I got cut immediately before I could report the problem.
Made several attempts and this continued now I have to call a electrician to in to sort out the problem although I have household insurance with dial direct.
