I have been having ongoing problems and frustrations with FNB, specifically regarding the renewal of my two cards - Cheque and credit card.
On Fri eve, I was at my wits end and when I finally got through to a person at the call center, I was ready to blow my top. Thabo Phala handled the situation very well - he listened, calmed me down and eventually resolved the major part of my issues. He went out of his way to help me and followed up with more good news on Saturday morning.
