On Friday (6 September 2013), I withdrew money from an ATM. half way through the transaction the ATM froze and my transaction was not processed. however the money was debited from my account and I was charged bank charges!!! I phoned and was told I had to complete a dispute form.
I completed the dispute form at the First National Bank Olympus Branch on Friday and I have not heard anything.
I tried to call but have had no assistance! it is very frustrating!!!
