NO RESPONSE SINCE CHRISTMAS

On Christmas day our oven started acting up, so I called dial direct for the emergency electrician call out, a female consultant said someone will be around to help me but shes unsure whether they will do so on Christmas day, which offcourse is understandable. however, I still got no reply from them since then. poor service dial direct- DO NOT falsely advertise if u cant provide services promised.
