Auto teller decline transaction but money is taken

Tried to withdraw mony from my Capitec account and the machine cancelled the transaction due to "Communication Error" but still receive an SMS that the amount is deducted. Staff advises its not their problem take it up with Capitec!!!
Whtch out for Standard Bank Auto teller they will take your money, charge R7 for the use of their machine and pay no interest on the amount which can take 30 days to resolve according to Capitec.
