Please help me on the 19-12-2012 i went to Capitec bank in Attlyn to swich to Capitec from Standard Bank, so the agent that assisted me said they will do all my debit orders to go from Capitec immediately, to my supprise when i check my standard bank account is shows that they sent the d/o on the 31-01-2013 and now im charged Bank charges from Standard Bank... who is going to pay them cause they knew that my salary is now being paid in THEIR BANK??? i need more clearity on this... they must reverce the R230.00 for the r/d fees as its not my mistake.
