Atm card at atm and R5000 withdrawn from my account, Capitec phoned me back and said they were not going to refund the money, they were not interested in the suspects vehicles registration number nor did they look at the video futage, just said its my fault i have to more carefull, how pathetic is that, its not a good bank, they wint last, they are just going to end up like Saambou, they dont have insurance for an instance like that, weak weak bank
