On the 3rd of Sept i went to African Bank to apply for a loan i qualified for R5500. I signed all the necessary documentation and even signed a contract with the 1st repayment date. I got a call from the call center verifying my details and the agent advised i would get an sms notification of the funds. So i waited patiently up to the 5th where i called the call center and was advised the loan was cancelled which i did not do. so i went to the branch and they checked on the system and for sure it was cancelled there was no notes on their system why it was cancelled. So why did i sign a document acknowledging that i got a loan and will be repaying when i did not receive the money. I went to the branch to verify why it was cancelled and they said i should re apply why should i do that when they had prior approved and made me sign documents??? I need my loan please...
