Delays in paying out

Hello,

I applied for a loan on the 10th and was approved and signed my quotation. I waited and waited for the money to be paid out and nothing happened.

Finally I called the call centre to cancel the loan application and not to progress with the payout because it was disappointing that I had to wait so long, Simphiwe the agent said I will receive an sms confirming that it has been canceled but that ALSO never happened.

Kindly check on your side if the application is cancelled because my employer just told me African Bank sent through a fax to confirm my employment. I want it cancelled please.
