Still waiting for the "approved" loan amount

I went to apply for a loan at African bank on Sunday, signed everything and have the loan contract and was told loan amount was approved, and should expect a call from the head office and money will be transferred, I'm still waiting for the call and the money, for me to Come in an apply means I need to use the cash, disappointed at the lack of efficiency and urgency
