African Bank
Loan query

I took a loan from African bank and i paid it up. their system shows that they double paid me the loan while i only received one payment and now that the loan is paid up they are coming with another balance. i signed for one loan and i have paid up that loan. their call center do not help and the managers refuse to talk with me.
