VICTIM OF IMPERSONIFICATION

In august 2012 I realised that I was black listed by FNB for a loan that was taken in 2009 using my name. I went on to the FNB branch in Randfontein to dispute the loan as I am not the one who took the loan and they took my particulars to conduct an investigation only to find out that the investigation never took place as they have lost the documents that I provided them with. I learned that when I went to make a follow up on this matter. Incompetence I tell you. Their legal department asked me to furnish them with yet another documents including a letter form a bank that I was using in 2009, however, I could not get that letter as the bank does not issue such a letter for an account that has been closed. I emailed all the other documents required except for the letter from the bank and the lady whom I was in contact with (Mita Mapitsi Tsheola from FNB legal department) told me that the investigation will not continue. I failed to understand why as it is part of the investigation to verify that. I am fed up with FNB and the lack of incompetence and bad attitude from their personnel. An investigation doesn't take even two months to complete but they are just failing.
