I have been a standard bank customer all my life. recently acquired a second bond from them and there were issues surrounding the registration with my lawyers which meant requesting same documents form him over and over again and I'm pleased that he always responded to my request without any complaints.
Peter, you are a real assets to standard bank, your team leader must be proud to have a subordinate like you who always goes an extra mile to assist customers, really hope other consultants learn from you and that will make your organisation excel in customer service.
