FNB Temp Loan

I had taken out a Temp loan with FNB in July, and without any notice or contact they have now handed me over to their attorneys Groenewald Lubbe Inc and now demand R10476.72 immediately. FNB has not once contacted me with regards to this to discuss an arrangement. I have moved to a new better bank because of the years of errors and faults with FNB.

Please could this be taken up with someone most senior.
