DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TOWARDS CONSUMERS!

Today I made a call regarding my overdrawn cheque account to Sharon Alberts at 0875779282. She assisted me kindly and then I asked her to help me with my temporary loan which there was a small amount due. I told her that I call temp loans yesterday and a lady there told me that there is no FNB Bank account I can settle this amount. I found that very strange as I wanted to pay the account. Sharon told me today that she was going to get someone to call me regarding payment. A person by the name of Duncan Morris called me soon after she spoke to me. I told him that I wanted to pay my account and he informed me that I must call Groenewald & Lubbe Inc. I then told him that I wanted to pay my temp loan which he told me was handed over. I have been making enquiries to pay and no one has called me from Groenewald & Lubbe Inc? How is it that a temp loan of R818.00 is handed over and Groenewald & Lubbe have the banking details to pay the temp loan back to FNB once they recover it but I cannot. This is totally insane. I told him that I will not pay Gronewald, he then told me "go gather the R27000.00 and pay your cheque account" and rudely slammed phone down. Disgusting.
