FNB Temp Loan Complaint

I have been using the FNB Temp Loan service for a while and i have never had any problems. I have been able to repay the loans within 30 days 80% of the time only on a few occasions i would repay within 60 days. I know after the loan has been repayed you can use the service again within 2 days or so but now i paid my temp loan at the end of april but still cant access the temp loan! im upset by this as i need the service urgently but cant access it. This is my first complaint with FNB in years since they have been an extraordinary bank but this time i feel let down. :-(
