PocketPOS doesnt work, Nedbank cant help

After a hard sell from Nedbvank I was persuaded to buy their new PocketPOS system to accept credit cards.
1. The instructions that were proided with the machine are in fact for a different machine, and do not apply. So I had to call support to find out how to link the machine to the iPad.
2. The software that I then had to download plain did not work at all.
3. I called support, who told me that the PocketPOS division would call me back. THey did 3 hours later, to tell me that they would keep me informed. Nobody had yet directly addressed my problem.
4. THey did not call back at all. Today, 24 hours later, I called again. I was given the runaround so I asked for a manager.
5. The manager Welcome got Elizabeth to call me. She told me the tech person who could help would call in 15 minutes, and she would call 15 minutes after him to check that he called. Needless to say, he did not call, and she did not call back either,
6. I got hold of Elizabeth an hour later. She told me the technicians "car had broken down", so he cant help.
7. I spoke again to Welcome, who said another manager, Jeff, would call. He didnt.
AND THEY CLAIM TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS? Childish excuses? DISGUSTING.
