FNB Temp Loan or Money Trap

I took out a temp loan but lost my job, I tried to make payment in small amounts which I could afford. FNB 's call centre kept me on hold for so long that I always ran out of airtime, no one tried to contact me to make arrangements for payment, without notification my account was handed over to a company called Groenewald Lubbe Inc. FNB did not confirm that they would be collecting from me, as would be expected with going on. However through this all my FNB account still collects on my temp loan to date even though Groenewald claims to have taken instructions in March and they have added charges my account yet they only contacted me a week or so ago to make payment arrangements. Both FNB and their contracted collections company are incompetent. FNB has been slowing slipping up and they do not care about current clients as they are obsessed with getting new clients. Not to mention that I am still waiting to be called back through the FNB call me back service, which clearly doesn't work as 2 days have passed. Just to sock it to FNB, I will be moving over to Standard Bank. I hear they are really more innovative & care about customer service rather than acts
