Continous SMS, but SA Multiloan confirm acc settled

Good day
I refer to the various sms's I have been receiving with different reference numbers.
As far as I can recall I only had one outstanding loan with SA Multiloan. This was a loan amount of R6 500, 00 over 6 months made in November 2011. Therefore the sms quoting different reference numbers of 13551579, 13549652 and 13551182 is totaling confusing. The outstanding amounts for theses reference numbers are R3799.01, R6396.43 and R10 655.60 respectively.
Kindly clarify the correct account and amount owing.

Hello shariefh,

We do apologise for the inconvenience due to a system error interest and costs were loaded on to your account after the Insurance claim was settled.

The account has been corrected and the balance is now zero.

Regarding the references, these are used by the soft collector that the account was handed over to. Note that the account has been retracted from them and you should therefore receive no further sms's from them.

PLEASE REMOVE FROM YOUR RECORDS ASAP!!!
