I went to Metropolitan on tues 3/09/13 and waited for more than 3 hrs in a cue of less than 6 people! As if that is not enough i filled in a withdrawal form and yesterday was told by their head office that it was not yet loaded on the system! I called again today and still my request has not being loaded on the system! Can someone do their job and give me my money please. Since this morning I have been waiting for response which Adriaan and Lehlogonolo from the call centre promised to get somebody to attend to this... I am really disappointed in a company as big as Metropolitan, then it makes me wonder that in the event of death will they be able to process the documents on time? I just want my money please I would not waste my time to come in to your offices if I did not need my money...
