I was surprised by a call from SA Multiloan telling me I have to make payment otherwise they will garnish me. I told that agent that called me at the time that I never took a personal loan with SA multiloan and I never receive a cash deposit from SA Multiloans. I asked her from which bank account were they making their deductions? she said I was paying through ABSA. I Further advised her that I do not and never had a bank account at ABSA. They sending sms's threatening to blacklist my name and put a judgement against my name. I check my records at ITC to find out they have put a judgement against my name. They could not even prove if the account they deposited the loan amount is mine. I am preparing to take this matter to the Ombudsman and sue them for and defamation of character.
