Absa atm never dispensed my money but money is out of my account

Hi my name is tyrone i withdrew money @ an absa atm this morning after putting in the amount i needed the atm kicked me out without giving me money but was deducted from my account. I called absa and they said i need to go into my bank (CAPITEC) to query. So i did and i now have to wait a full month before i can go ask for feedback. With no grantees
